Missing This…
We stopped at this little public beach along Lake Michigan near Mackinaw City this past August. I’m really feeling like sitting on the beach listening to the waves crashing in and the giggles of Phoebe trying to stay out the of the way.
Tranquility
This photo was taken almost a month ago along the shores of Lake Michigan. It was such an isolated, tranquil place. With all the craziness of the new school year upon us, I find myself wishing that I could return to that spot. Even for a few minutes.

Freeway Cows?

A giant cow!!!!
Just to calm all of you nervous types, I was not driving! But, seriously, how often do you think you might pass a GIANT cow on the freeway?
Maybe that cow wrestled that pickup truck, saddled it up and is showing it who is the boss? Yeah, probably not.
