Sick Again?
Yesterday, a friend warned me that her daughter had come home from school with a fever. This was significant since her daughter and Phoebe are in dance class together on Monday nights. Well, guess what happened? Phoebe woke up with a fever and a headache this morning. Oh the joy of it all.
Unfortunately, I had to drag Phoebe along with me to pick Alex up from school and take her to her lyrical class. Normally, this happens while Phoebe is still at school and Alex and I are home well before Phoebe gets home on the bus.
Phoebe has been complaining of riding in the back seat lately saying that it makes her feel sick. Today was no exception and with her headache, I’m sure it was worse for her. Poor girl.
Since her fever is still going this evening, she won’t be going to school in the morning, that is for certain (plus its the school’s 24-hours of no fever rule here). Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.
