Little Blurbs

• Alex had tryouts for AAU Basketball this afternoon. Despite a small issue of getting sick in the middle, she did quite well. She sat out for about fifteen minutes, then was able to rejoin the group for some 5-on-5 for the next forty-five minutes.

  She's on that team in addition to her school team so we will be coordinating practices and such for the next little bit.

• When Phoebe was going to bed last night, she turned on her alarm clock for tomorrow morning. When I told her she didn't need to since she doesn't have school tomorrow (she only attends Monday - Thursday), it was like the world was ending. She was sobbing and terribly upset about having to stay home and NOT go to school!

  I wonder how long this will last before she doesn't want to go at all!?!?!
