It is Monday today, but what made it a bit easier to take? Why, it’s Saint Patrick’s Day, of course!

We didn’t do anything to behold the day. In fact, I got through the whole day with no green and no pinching!

Alex, on the other hand, did not fare so well. She neglected to wear some green to school. According to her, she was pinched almost constantly until a friend of hers drew what was supposed to be a four-leaf clover on Alex’s hand in green!

Phoebe did not have any green on as well. She went to preschool and I seriously doubt it was even mentioned by anyone. In fact, most of the parents picking the kids up did not have anything green either.

This evening, while hanging some things up in his closet, Ray remarked that he should have worn his green sweater (think olive drab green) today, but he hadn’t even thought of it.
